How to get LastPass

How to sign up for LastPass Premium as a student, or LastPass Enterprise for staff.

All students are entitled to a free Premium LastPass account during their time at the unversity.

1: Go to:

https://lastpass.com/partnerpremium/UniversityofEdinburgh

2: Enter your university email account.

3: Choose an email account you want to tie your LastPass account to and enter it in the second line.

4: Press submit

5: Install LastPass for your browser and/or devices - installation files can be found from:

https://lastpass.com/misc_download2.php


All staff are entitled to a LastPass Enterprise Account as part of the University's site wide license.

If you wish to use LastPass Enterprise, complete the form at https://edin.ac/lastpass and an account activation email will be sent to you.

If you are using a supported device you can then get the LastPass installer from the software catalogue.
